I honestly need to update this more often...
Moving from LiveJournal to here has been a non-working process it seems. I may need to up the ante and start posting here at least once every couple weeks. We'll see how that goes though.
Recent updates, from previous journal:
Yeah. That job at Best Buy? Y'know, the one where I had to get up at 4:30am to get there on time? Yeah. Quit that job. I hated it way too much to possibly attempt to stay any longer.
I'm working at the new Sam's Club now. As a Cafe Associate. So, between two jobs, I make a lot of pizzas in a week. I started back at Little Caesar's around December, and only work there on Sundays now. Considering how many expenses have fallen on my head, it works out pretty well... at least it pays for a tank of gas. The job at Sam's is closer to home, which is less gas used, and it pays me only a quarter less than Best Buy. AND there's more FEMALES!! =D No more sausage fest X3
... Anyway.
Hmm... nothing else to really talk about. I had a kinda girlfriend (we dated? I dunno how to classify her in the string of relationships deal) for a little bit. But she decided to attempt to change me into her ex-girlfriends. Yeah, no. I pride myself on being what you call an Oreo. I'm not growing dreads and letting your best friend have $300 to buy me new clothes when I can spend a quarter of that at Rugged Wearhouse. I'm too broke for that shit!
So after I escaped from that downward spiral, we didn't talk for about a month or so. I fixed her laptop a few weeks back and we talk every so often now, but I know if we try again things will just repeat and I'm not down for that. This being single thing is starting to bug me though. Alas, the lesbian population in the vicinity is virtually non-existent, and of those lesbians 99.999999% of them have hooked up with each other. And it always sucks to be the "single friend out."
Some days I regret going to school in-state. Going to community college first... but it's the only thing I could do. Maybe I'll get lucky once I graduate from UMBC; maybe I'll manage to get out of state, go down to say, North Carolina for my Master's degree and meet up with some girls in the area. I don't know.
I need out of Maryland.

Just a side note...
There really should be a law against people being forced to wake up prior to say, 10am for work.
I've been up since 4:30. It's Monday.
... I can't wait until my schedule changes.
That is all.

Simply a Voyager now
Done with homework. Classes almost finished...
All to do to day is laundry. And study elementary calculus for an hour (my brain will implode otherwise).
Sit around, be bored. That's all I have for today.
Interesting horoscopes though:
Daily Singles: Embrace and flaunt your independence today. You'll be the envy of all your attached friends. Though someone unattached will notice your bravado. That's all the better for you because they find you irresistible.
Overview: At least one huge idea pops into your mind today and while you might want to get to work on it instantly, you've got a grace period to bounce it around for a while and see if you can make it even better.
Sounds good. I need a solid plan about now.
And maybe to take up a second job, simply for the winter break. Keep myself busy y'know? Maybe back to Little Caesar's? Nah. The smell alone kills me most days. Maybe though. I'll ask Meghan how it's going over there.

Back in the Day...
I could actually sleep.
Nowadays.... I forcefully drag myself from one event after another. It's already annoying me.
Things will calm down after Thanksgiving though... hopefully.
Working roughly 30 hours a week, on top of getting up early as shit, dragging myself out in the cold and darkness... and then I miss talking to people because I'm either at work, in class, or sleeping.
Surprisingly, my eyes aren't completely bloodshot... yet. Then again, it's only week two of working there. At Best Buy Service Center I mean. It's not terrible work, but I'm not feelin' the early early times either... I'll fix that though. Sooner or later.
My brain is so dead I don't know what else I wanted to say. Except that once I completely figure out this scheduling thing, I'll worry about the girl issues. Because another's returned to my life... and her country accent has gotten thicker since I last heard from her. It's weird. And cool.
Things to do:
1. Tues. - Sleep 2. Wed. - Go to work 3. Wed. - Go to class 4. Wed. - Go home and do homework 5. Wed. - Sleep 6. Thurs. - Go to work 7. Thurs. - Go to class 8. Thurs. - Go home and do homework 9. Thurs. - Sleep 10. Fri. - Go to work 11. Fri. - Cash paycheck? 12. Fri. - Crank out rest of homework 13. Fri. - Sleep 14. Sat. - Go to work 15. Sat. - Crash someone's apartment for a shower 16. Sat. - Nap 17. Sat. - Sorority stuff (yes, I'm joining a sorority... leave snide comments in the comments box plzkthnx) 18. Sat. - Sleep 19. Sun. - Do homework 20. Sun. - Sorority stuff
... That's pretty much my weekly regime. Sad isn't it? No worries though; human interactions do happen from time to time in there.
And now, I'm gonna start my list.

From Java to Just Plain Lesbo..... =)
Still at school. Still bored.
Though I did go to math class today. After skipping for two days XD heheheh. Ah well. I'll live. Calc isn't as hard as I thought it would be... though that test grade was a big reality check.
Last time I got a 50% was when I nearly slept through the test.
Anyway, I'll do better on the next test. I'll be happy with a C in that class from hell.
Moving on to the good news.
- I attempted my Java homework, while sitting around here waiting with bated breath for the time where I shall head down to Freedom Alliance and partake in National Coming Out Week/Day festivities.
As you can see, that lasted a whole hour before my brain screamed for a breather. So, what's a gay chick to do while listening to Lesbians on Ecstasy? (Yes, it's a real group. Not sure if they're on E though).
Watch the trailer for *drumroll*
THE L WORD SEASON 5 OF COURSE!!
January 6th, I shall rush back to my home from UMBC, barracade my doors, and pray NO ONE dares to pester me at 11pm. That's L Word Time.
You've been warned =)
